Fire tile Firefighters put out a shed fire on the 8400 block of Old Cleveland Pike Saturday afternoon.At 3:40 p.m. a neighbor reported an outbuilding and a large pile of tires were on fire, but firefighters were able to contain both blazes upon arrival and prevent it from spreading to other buildings nearby, according to a news release. Officials reported the homeowner was burning garbage in a barrel but the embers traveled and caught the building and tires on fire. Neighbors said a man who started the fire had fled the scene when the fire broke out. Damages were estimated at $50,000.
