Frank Scott Bozzie Convicted killer headed to prisonDALTON, Ga. - A Dalton, Ga., man is headed to prison for life after a jury convicted him of murder this week.In addition to a murder charge, the jury also convicted 48-year-old Frank Bozzie of aggravated assault, criminal damage to property and family viole [url=https://www.cups-stanley.ca]stanley cup[/url] nce battery at the [url=https://www.cup-stanley.uk]stanley water bottle[/url] end of his trial on Thursday.According to a release from Conasauga Judicial Circuit District Attorney Bert Poston, Bozzie killed a man after a dispute with his ex-girlfriend. On June 10, 2013, Bozzie rammed his truck into Richard Holbrook and Jennifer Varner s van at the McDonald s on East Walnut Avenue. He then smashed their van with a baseball bat and confronted Varner, a former love interest.After witnesses called the police, according to the release, Bozzie drove to Richard Morgan s house, where Varner s children were staying. Bozzie revved his engine and argued with Morgan. When Morgan calle [url=https://www.stanleycups.at]stanley cup[/url] d 911, Bozzie ran over him and dragged him 30 feet.Morgan died from mechanical asphyxiation, the exhaust from the engine filling his lungs.Bozzie s sentencing hearing is scheduled for July 1. In 1996, he assaulted his ex-wife and then tried to ram his truck into a deputy s vehicle.
