Authorities in Jackson County, Ala., say a 53-year-old Woodville man was shot dead by his wife then set afire with a car on top of his body Wednesday in a domestic dispute. The victim was identified as Ricky Keel and his wife, Tammy Michelle Keel, 47, is charged with murder. The Hamilton County Board of Education will discuss next year s proposed $310 million budget Thursday at 5 p.m. at the board offices at 3074 Hickory Valley Road.
